All Silver & Gold items are made by myself to order and will take 2 to 3 days to make.
Titanium & Stainless Steel items are brought in, and are special order items which can take
between 1 to 2 weeks to be sent to you, unless stated in stock.
All items are sent recorded or special delivery depending on value, and will need to be signed for.
All items come in a presentation box.
Post and packing is charged by value, see table below.

£50.00p - £99.99p = £6.00p
£100.00p - And up = £6.95p
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return it to us within seven days of receipt. You must send the item back to us using the same method by which it was sent to you, insuring it to the full value of the item at your expense.
You will be given 100% of your money back, providing you return your purchase to us in the same condition as it arrived, in its original box and with all paperwork.
After we have verified that the item carries the original diamond(s), we will give you a full refund using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
Titanium & Stainless Steel items are special order, and will carry a £15 restocking charge.
